Capital Expenditures
The Company expects to spend approximately $70 million in 2009 in the Gas Pipelines segment for ongoing capital improvements, core maintenance capital projects and expansion, including the projects described above. In 2008, the Company spent $136 million on capital expenditures in the Gas Pipelines segment which was consistent with expectations.
